James Coyle (CE) is an ”internal evaluator” in a large organization and has been working in the health care sector for 13 years. He has a background in research, performance monitoring and program evaluation. He currently lives in Kelowna, BC, Canada and enjoys riding his beach cruiser and cooking when not involved in useful program evaluations.
